An accident occur at Apapa Express way, Isolo to a lady known as "Semidat Razaq" which happened to be the only person that die in this accident that occured,Source said a police man caused the accident by dragging the steering with the driver all because of #50....See the picture of the policeman below after been tortured by some thugs!
