Mega, mega news for Arsenal fans on Monday morning: the Gunners are signing Sami Khedira.
Sport, the Catalan daily, reports on it’s front page on Monday that “Khedira se va al Arsenal” – Khedira goes to Arsenal.
Inside the paper details of the transfer are revealed, with Khedira set to sign a four year deal at the Emirates in which he will earn 10 million euros a season. Moreover, Sport say that “final deal will be signed in the coming hours”.
Khedira is leaving the Santiago Bernabeu because, according to Sport, the midfielder has “not felt loved or valued”, whilst concurrently “ Khedira always liked Arsenal”.
Khedira will become the fifth German at Arsenal, joining Mesut Özil, Per Mertesacker, Lukas Podolski and Serge Gnabry.
